BSO It Anker

BSO It Anker is the after-school care programme of Integral Child Centre (IKC) It Anker, located at Quaestiusstrjitte 15 in Dronryp. We provide out-of-school care for children aged 4 to 12 in a safe, homely and bilingual environment where both Dutch and Frisian are spoken. Our qualified pedagogical staff welcome the children straight after school and accompany them to our spacious, green site. We work in vertical groups, so children of different ages play and learn together. The activities are varied and tailored to the children’s world: arts and crafts in our creative corner, sports and games in the gym or on the playground, exploring our nature garden and regular fun excursions in the area. We believe it is important that children can develop freely. Therefore we offer both calm and challenge, structure and room for initiative. Our garden invites outdoor play and adventure; in bad weather there is plenty of indoor space to move and play. Fruit, a healthy snack and drinks are included; warm meals are optional. BSO It Anker cooperates with primary schools in Dronryp and the surrounding villages. We pick the children up and take them back to school, so parents can work without worry. Our staff are ready every weekday from 7 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. Welcome to BSO It Anker, where children explore the world with pleasure!
