Eigen&Wijzer BSO IKC WereldWijs is located within Integral Child Centre (IKC) WereldWijs at Laan van Eikenrode 51 in Loosdrecht. As part of the Proceon School Group, we provide after-school care for up to 87 children aged 4 to 13. Our professional staff welcome children every weekday from 7:15 a.m. and ensure each child enjoys a safe, stimulating and fun afternoon once classes end. We follow the Eigen&Wijzer philosophy: every child is unique and has a natural drive to develop. Our activities therefore focus on talent development, self-reliance and ownership. Children are encouraged to explore who they are and what they can do. We offer a varied programme of sports, games, creative activities and relaxation, making grateful use of the spacious outdoor areas around the IKC and the school’s facilities such as the playground and play corners. The transition from school to after-school care is seamless because education and childcare operate under one shared pedagogical vision. Children already know the premises and the staff from their school day, so they quickly feel at home. During the lunch break, two pedagogical staff members are also on hand to provide an active moment of relaxation; parents are warmly invited to join in.
