BSO Zuidlaren IKC De Zuid-Wester

BSO Zuidlaren IKC De Zuid-Wester is a small-scale after-school care facility located within the Integral Child Centre De Zuid-Wester at Julianalaan 78 in Zuidlaren. We provide care for up to 6 children aged 4 to 12 years. The BSO is part of the broader childcare services offered by Kids First and works closely with OBS De Zuid-Wester, a public primary school located in the same building. This collaboration ensures a smooth transition between school and after-school care, offering children a familiar and secure environment. Our qualified childcare professionals are ready to welcome children before and after school, during study days, and in school holidays. We provide a balance of rest, structure, and space for play, relaxation, and development. Activities are tailored to the children's world of experience and aligned with the themes being explored at school, reinforcing the connection between learning and play. The facility is currently housed in the Harens Lyceum building at Julianalaan 78. In the near future, the child centre will relocate to a new building at Hogeweg 7C in Zuidlaren.
