BSO Noordrijk

We are BSO Noordrijk, part of the Integral Child Centre (IKC) Noordrijk located at Braeburnstraat 1 in Amsterdam-Noord. In our modern, colorful building we share spaces with public primary school Noordrijk and daycare KDV Noordrijk. By housing everything under one roof, children can walk to after-school care in a familiar environment after school. Our BSO accommodates 88 children aged 4 to 12 years. We provide both before-school care from 7:30 to 8:30 AM and after-school care from 2:30 to 6:30 PM. We are also open on free afternoons, study days and during school holidays, allowing parents to optimally combine work and care. As a BSO within an IKC, we work closely with the school. We follow the same pedagogical values of The Peaceful School: taking care of our environment together, solving conflicts by talking, helping each other, ensuring everyone is included and making sure everyone feels safe. These values form the basis for all our activities and interactions with the children. Our location has been housed in a sustainable, new building with modern facilities since 2014. Children can play, relax and learn new things here in a safe and familiar environment. We offer warm and professional care where every child gets the space to develop in their own way.
