Kind Centrum Magenta

Welcome to Kind Centrum Magenta, located at Langestraat 118a in the heart of Delden. Our beautiful, climate-neutral building has been the home of our Integral Child Centre (IKC) since 2020, where education and childcare seamlessly come together. For our BSO groups, designed for children aged 4 to 12, we provide an inspiring environment focused on discovery, play, and learning. Our unique Discovery Lab is specially designed to challenge children in the fields of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Here, children can experiment, build, and explore, sparking their curiosity and developing their 21st-century skills. The connection between indoor and outdoor spaces is a key aspect of our concept; the building is designed so that the natural environment of the Deldener Es and the green meadows are an integral part of the learning and play environment. We believe in a pedagogical approach where every child is seen as a unique individual. Our professional pedagogical staff guide the children in their development, focusing on self-confidence and a positive self-image. The IKC concept allows us to collaborate with primary schools De Zwaluw and De Welp, creating a familiar and continuous line between school and childcare. Our sustainable, bio-based building is not just a physical space, but a living learning environment. Children can experience how sustainable innovations work, for example by studying the building management system or observing the solar panels. The flexible layout of the building allows us to adapt to the needs of the children and the group, with various learning environments available: indoor, outdoor, and semi-covered.
