IKC Groenlo / groep Pasta

Welcome to IKC Groenlo / groep Pasta, our after-school care location at Admiraal Helfrichplein 2 in Groenlo. We are part of KDV/BSO Pindakaas B.V. and have provided out-of-school care for up to 20 primary-school children aged 4 to 12 since 1 November 2021. We pick the children up from school every day; on Wednesdays and Fridays we start at 12:00, on other days from 14:00. After arrival we enjoy water and a fruit or vegetable snack together. The children then choose their own activity: playing outside, gaming, crafting in the activity room, making videos, using the computer, playing a board game or building with construction materials and technical Lego. We actively join in. At about 15:30 we sit down together again for a biscuit and a cup of juice. Afterwards the children can choose once more: we play a group game, bake or cook something tasty, or make use of our homely and modern indoor and outdoor space. Children who stay for dinner receive a hot meal around 16:30; the others continue playing. Our space is arranged in different corners that offer challenge, relaxation and fun for young and old. All our activities – from music, movement and nature outings to themed projects – contribute to a complete programme covering every developmental area. We believe that after-school care is free time in which children feel safe and at home while also discovering new things. Our pedagogical staff are ready every day with passion and expertise. We work according to the “all-in-one” collaboration model, in which childcare, education and after-school care come together seamlessly. Together we make sure your child has a happy smile at the end of the day.
