BSO IJsbeer

BSO IJsbeer is located in the De Lotus community school on Lupinestraat 17 in Nieuwegein. We provide after-school care for up to 66 children aged 4 to 12. Our programme is closely aligned with De Tweeklank and De Zandbloem primary schools, ensuring a seamless transition when classes end. Creativity is at the heart of what we do. Children can dive into arts and crafts, colouring, drama and even cooking or baking in our large kitchen. Together with Sport ID Nieuwegein and local sports clubs we organise sports clinics and physical activities; swimming lessons are also on offer. During school holidays we run themed weeks packed with exciting excursions and new adventures. Our spacious facilities include a games room, reading corner and a bright atrium that offers endless possibilities for play and relaxation. For parents who start early we provide before-school care from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.; our qualified staff then escort the children safely to their classrooms. In short, BSO IJsbeer offers children a safe, active and creative environment where they can unwind, explore and make new friends every afternoon.
