BSO Iep

BSO Iep is part of the small-scale organisation Kinderopvang Iep and provides after-school care for children aged 4 to 12. We are located in a purpose-built facility at Spoorstraat 4 in Daarlerveen, which also houses day-care for younger children. Our aim is to offer a pleasant, safe and challenging time after school every day. At BSO Iep we believe in the importance of being outdoors. Therefore we go outside every day, whatever the weather. Our spacious outdoor playground offers plenty of opportunities to climb, run and explore. We also make regular trips to the farm, the station to watch the trains, the library and to the canal to see boats passing by. These activities stimulate curiosity and provide variety after a school day. Inside we have large, bright spaces where children can play, relax or do homework. We work with mixed age groups, allowing children from different school years to play together and learn from each other. Our pedagogical staff provide personal attention and guide the children in a warm, respectful manner. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 18:30. During school holidays and public holidays we use adjusted times, which we communicate well in advance. This way we provide care that fits the school calendar and the needs of parents.
