Joepie BSO Hoogakker

Welcome to BSO De Hoogakker, Joepie Kinderopvang’s after-school care in the heart of Nuland. Every weekday we offer a safe, welcoming and stimulating place where primary-school children aged 4 to 12 can play, relax and discover new things after school. Our BSO is officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 439291409 and has room for up to 40 children. We work closely with De Hoogakker primary school, located at the same address on Schoolstraat 25. After school, our qualified staff pick up the children and walk or cycle with them to our BSO space ‘d’n Hazenkamp’ on Kloosterstraat 7, just a few minutes away. In the morning, before school starts, children can also join us for breakfast and quiet play. We are open Monday to Friday from 07:00-08:30 and from 14:00-18:15. During study days and school holidays we are open from 07:00-18:00, so parents can rely on us all year round. Our fixed, enthusiastic team welcomes every child personally and offers a varied programme that includes crafts, outdoor play, sports and games, as well as quiet moments with books or board games. Activities are tailored to the children’s ages and interests, and children are encouraged to make their own choices. At BSO De Hoogakker, fun and personal attention come first. We believe every child should feel safe and seen. Our pedagogical staff are professionally trained and follow Joepie Kinderopvang’s pedagogical policy. We keep parents informed through our own communication channels and are always open to discussion. Together we ensure that children come to the BSO with a smile and go home with one too.
