Welcome to Hoera Weert – schutterij Laar, our welcoming after-school care centre located in the heart of the Laar district in Weert. We provide care for up to 34 primary-school children aged 4 to 12 and have been officially registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK) under number 329706925 since 1 January 2021. Our centre is housed in the characteristic building of Schutterij St. Sebastianus at Rietstraat 63A, where we enjoy a cosy canteen space and a securely fenced outdoor area surrounding the premises. As part of Stichting Hoera kindercentra, we stand for professional care in a homely atmosphere. Our pedagogical staff guide the children before and after school, during study days and in the holidays. We believe it is important that every child feels safe, comfortable and at ease. Through enjoyable activities and quiet moments we give each child the space to develop in his or her own way. Our BSO works closely with the primary schools in the area so that we can collect children after school and let them play and relax in a familiar environment. The outdoor space around Schutterij St. Sebastianus offers plenty of opportunities to move around and enjoy fresh air.
