BSO Het Talent

Welcome to BSO Het Talent, located at Krommekamp 115B in Harderwijk. We are part of the Integral Child Centre (IKC) Het Talent, where primary education, childcare and developmental activities come together under one roof. Our after-school care is designed for children aged 4 to 12 and offers a familiar, small-scale environment where every child feels seen and valued. At BSO Het Talent, discovering and developing talent is at the heart of what we do. We believe every child has unique potential – whether in music, technology, sports, art or science. That’s why we offer a daily programme of varied activities, allowing children to choose what inspires them. From music workshops and creative crafts to science experiments and sports challenges – there’s always something to spark their interest. We work with a dedicated team of pedagogical staff who know each child personally. They guide children in small groups, ensuring individual attention and development. Each staff member has their own specialism – creative, sporty or cultural – allowing us to offer a broad and diverse range of activities. After school, we always start with outdoor play in our green outdoor space. Then it’s time for fruit and a choice moment: children can decide which activity they’d like to join that day. There’s also plenty of room to play quietly, read or build with the materials available. During school holidays, we organise an exciting holiday programme full of fun outings and workshops. Think visits to nature reserves, playgrounds or cultural locations. We collaborate with external partners and other Eigen&Wijzer locations in Harderwijk to keep things fresh and inspiring. BSO Het Talent works closely with Het Talent Primary School. Children are picked up from school and can use the facilities of the IKC, such as the gym or library. This creates a seamless transition from school to after-school care – familiar, safe and always with a smile.
