BSO het Paleis

BSO het Paleis is a bright, cosy after-school location at Koninginneweg 203A in Rotterdam-IJsselmonde, diagonally opposite the Mr. Baarsschool. Since January 2023 we welcome a single horizontal group of up to 20 children aged 4 to about 6. The spacious indoor area gives children room to unwind after a busy school day and is stocked with toys, games and creative materials tailored to this age group. Our qualified staff collect the children on foot from Mr. Baarsschool, PWA and Auris Taalfontein. After school the children enjoy a drink and a snack together and then choose whether to do crafts, build, play games or head outside. The enclosed square in front of the building offers a sandpit, swings, chalk tiles and a shed full of bikes, scooters and other outdoor play equipment. When the weather is good we also walk across the road to play in IJsselmonde playground. On study days and during school holidays we often join activities with BSO IJsselmonde. This lets the children become familiar with their next BSO in a relaxed way and enjoy the large playground. BSO het Paleis focuses on fun, safety and development – a great place to simply be yourself after school.
