BSO Het Kraaienest VOF

Welcome to BSO Het Kraaienest, the greenest and most adventurous after-school care in Zeist. Our two locations sit side by side on Padvinderslaan, right in the middle of the woods and surrounded by tall trees and abundant nature. This unique setting gives children aged 4 to 13 the space to play, discover and grow all year round, both outdoors and indoors. After a long school day we always start with a shared moment: time to unwind with a drink and fresh fruit. Then the adventure begins. Outside we build huts in the forest, play hide-and-seek or kick a football on our own pitch. Inside children can do crafts, play games, read, bake, build or join a workshop. Every holiday has its own theme – from ‘The Whole Crow’s Nest Bakes’ to ‘Expedition Crow’s Nest’ – so no two days are ever the same. We work with a small, permanent team of pedagogical staff. This means we know every child and every parent personally. That familiar bond creates a safe, warm atmosphere where children quickly feel at home. We value parental involvement: at pick-up time we take plenty of time to tell you how the day went and we love to hear how things are at home. Photos of the adventures are shared through a parent app, but the personal conversation remains central. Our opening hours are generous all year round: we are open every working day until 19:00. On Wednesdays and Fridays, when many schools finish at 12:00, we do not charge a higher rate: these long days remain affordable for our parents. Every child is welcome; where necessary we adapt our guidance so that children who need extra care or attention can fully participate.
