Helden Opvang Prinses Margrietlaan

Welcome to Helden Club Prinses Margrietlaan, our welcoming after-school care in the heart of Loenen aan de Vecht. We are located right in the village centre, inside the recently renovated Ludgerus School at Prinses Margrietlaan 7. Up to 60 children from grades 3 to 8 can play, learn and relax here every afternoon. Outdoor adventure is at the heart of our programme. Each day starts with a healthy snack, after which children choose their own activities. Our large garden invites them to run, climb or simply lie in the grass. We partner with a local farm where we maintain a vegetable garden all year round. Children discover where food comes from and harvest their own vegetables and herbs. Sporty children can join our Sport BSO at the nearby Sportpark de Heul, where they can play football, hockey or take part in special clinics. Creative minds love our art studio, stocked with a wide range of materials in our famous ‘atelierkast’. In our cosy children’s kitchen we run a kids’ cooking café, preparing healthy snacks with ingredients from our garden or the farm. We are open 52 weeks a year, closing only on official public holidays, and provide care during all school holidays and study days. Our qualified staff greet every child with a smile, ready to listen and inspire. We believe children develop best when they feel safe and valued, so we keep our groups small and age-based, giving every child space to be themselves and grow at their own pace.
