Welcome to Hadassa After-School Care (BSO) at Brucknerstraat 23b in Ridderkerk. Our BSO is part of Hadassa Kinderdagverblijf BV, a small-scale organization with a clear Christian pedagogical character. We provide care for up to 55 children aged 4 to 12 years in a safe, homely environment. Our team of over 25 staff members – most of whom work as pedagogical staff in the groups – operates from Christian norms and values. We believe every child is unique and aim to stimulate children to grow into who they are. We do this by offering a varied activity program where we pay attention to the moral, emotional, social, cognitive, creative, motor and musical development of the child. We see parents as partners in upbringing. We offer parents the opportunity to discuss parenting questions with our own pedagogue. She offers a listening ear or gives tips and advice without obligation. Additionally, we organize training and workshops on parenting through the overarching foundation Bloei! Our BSO is located in a spacious building with a large outdoor playground where children can play and relax after school. We work with fixed group leaders per group and maintain a maximum group size of 16 children with 1 pedagogical staff member per 8 children. We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM and offer flexible care days.
