Groen buitenschoolse opvang

Welcome to Groen After-School Care at Overweg 11 in Obdam. We are part of Groen Kinderopvang, the green childcare provider for Obdam and the surrounding area. For us, “green” stands for healthy food, nature experience, exercise and sustainability. Our after-school care is designed for children aged 4 to 12 who love spending their free time outdoors. We offer a safe, familiar place where children can relax, play and explore after school. With a maximum of twenty children per day we keep things small-scale and personal. Our qualified pedagogical staff are ready to give your child a great afternoon, with room for both free initiative and guided activities. Being outside is at the heart of our programme. We make full use of our large nature garden and the immediate surroundings of Obdam. In a playful way children learn about seasons, plants and animals while staying active and burning off energy. Healthy food is part of the deal: fresh fruit, whole-grain bread and water or tea are always available. We work together with all primary schools in Obdam and pick the children up after school.
