Mini & Maxi

Welcome to after-school care Mini & Maxi in Rotterdam Prinsenland! We are located on the first floor of the same building as the daycare centre, allowing children to seamlessly transition to our after-school care once they start primary school. Our location accommodates 55 children and is divided into three atmospheric groups: the Butterfly Room, the Sunshine Room and the Rainbow Room. Each space has its own character and offers plenty of opportunities for free play, creative activities and relaxation. We work together with various primary schools in Prinsenland. Children are picked up after school and can join us Monday to Friday from 14:30 to 18:30. During school holidays, study days and closure days, we are open extra hours and organise challenging activities and excursions. Think of a visit to Pietje Bell playground, the petting zoo or the shopping centre. We also participate annually in the four-day morning walk, Mud Day, Outdoor Play Day and NLdoet. Our pedagogical staff provide a warm and safe environment where children can be themselves. We have a fixed daily structure with room for their own initiative. Children can build with Kapla, get creative with painting or clay, join a yoga class or cook and bake in our kitchen. There is always a quiet corner to read or do homework. We believe it is important that children discover new things and develop their talents. That is why we offer a varied programme every day.
