BSO Galileïstraat

BSO De Galilei is a location of Kinderopvang Mundo located at Galileistraat 86 in Schiedam. We provide professional after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 who attend primary school. The location is specially designed to offer children a pleasant place after an intensive school day. Children who attend OBS de Singel are always welcome with us. For children from other primary schools in the area, we can also provide care by arrangement. Please contact our Parent & Child Services to discuss the possibilities. Our pedagogical professionals are ready every day to make it a fun experience together with the children. We offer a wide range of activities: from fishing and football to scavenger hunts and game marathons. Children are encouraged to participate, but it is never mandatory. They can also come up with activities themselves, alone or together with friends. Crafting, building, board games and getting some exercise are among the possibilities. We see the time at the BSO as free time in which children can relax after a busy school day. Our experienced pedagogical professionals ensure a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The Activity Team of Kinderopvang Mundo regularly visits our location. These professionals each have their own specialisation: sports and games, nature and creative activities. During holidays and ADV days, it's extra fun with excursions, workshops and special activities. The location is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 14:30 to 18:30. On Wednesday we are open from 12:15 to 18:30. We are easily accessible by public transport: from tram stop Rotterdamsedijk Schiedam it's only a 2-minute walk.
