BSO Free Kids

Welcome to FreeKids, the BSO location of Stichting Kinderopvang De Plu specifically designed for children aged 9 to 13 at Rietbeemdweg 16 in Schijndel. FreeKids is a true children's paradise where kids from nearly all De Plu BSO locations come together once they turn 9. This unique concept makes FreeKids a place where children do cool things and self-reliance is central. Our location features a cozy 'chill' room where children can relax after school. In the large kitchen, we bake and cook the most delicious dishes together, with children deciding what they want to make. The art studio provides space for creative expression, while the construction corner invites constructive play and technical challenges. For performances and presentations, we have our own stage where children can showcase their talents. Our pedagogical staff offer varied activities daily, with children's initiative taking center stage. Whether a child chooses to participate in an activity is up to them – we respect their choice and encourage independence. Own initiative and self-reliance are core values at FreeKids. We believe children develop best when they make their own choices and learn from their experiences.
