Welcome to BSO Madelief, located at Hoge Rijndijk 13 in the charming Professorenwijk area of Leiden. Our after-school care is part of Flowerkids Childcare and offers children aged 4 to 12 a familiar place to play, explore, and relax after school. Our BSO is housed in a historic mansion with distinctive spaces tailored to different age groups. The third floor is dedicated to children aged 4 to 7, featuring a doll corner, LEGO room, reading nook, arts and crafts area, and even an aquarium. The second floor caters to children aged 8 to 12 and includes a dance and drama studio, a computer room, an art studio, and a games room. This allows children to engage at their own level and discover their interests. We believe it's important for children to feel safe and at home with us. Our pedagogical staff provide personal attention and support the children in their development. Additionally, we offer the option of a warm meal, including choices for children with allergies, so parents don’t have to worry about lunch or dinner. BSO Madelief is officially registered with the municipality of Leiden and meets all requirements of the Childcare Act. Our LKR number is 218086660.
