Kinderopvang &Vriendjes B.V.

Kinderopvang &Vriendjes B.V. is a small-scale after-school care (BSO) located at Sportlaan 4 in Beilen. We provide care for up to 22 children per day, aged 4 to 12. Our setting uses vertical groups, meaning children of different ages are cared for together in a homely atmosphere. This ensures your child sees the same friends, mentor and pedagogical staff throughout their entire time with us. Our approach is child-centred: we tailor activities and guidance to the needs, interests and wishes of the children. We believe children can make their own choices from an early age. Therefore, we encourage independence, such as letting children spread their own bread from about age two. Participation in activities is never mandatory; children are free to choose. Throughout the year we work with themes such as seasons, the body, emotions, family, traffic and colours/shapes. These themes come alive through reading aloud, role-play, themed play corners, crafts and conversations. In this way we offer a rich and meaningful after-school time where children feel safe, valued and at home.
