Welcome to Elorah Capelle aan den IJssel, our Christian reformed after-school care located at Pelikaanweg 4 in Capelle aan den IJssel. As part of Elorah, an organization for Christian reformed childcare and child development, we provide professional after-school care for children aged 4 to 12. Our location accommodates up to 32 children and is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays after school hours. We are rooted in society and work closely with Christian reformed primary schools in the region, ensuring a continuous learning path and familiarity for your child. At Elorah, the Bible is central to our approach and daily routine. We believe every child is a valuable, unique, and precious gift. With the Bible as our foundation, children discover the talents they have received from God. We teach them reverence for God and instill gratitude and love for others. Together with peers, they explore God's creation with wonder. Our pedagogical staff have a Christian reformed background and are well-trained. Together with parents, we guide children in their development within a professional and safe environment where your child feels at home. We actively involve parents in their child's development and align our program with familiar home routines. We stimulate children's growth in language, mathematics, motor skills, and social-emotional development.
