Eigenwijze Kinderopvang

Welcome to the after-school care (BSO) of Eigenwijze located at Kraanvogellaan 6 in ’s-Hertogenbosch. We are based in Kindcentrum de Matrix, where we provide a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment for children aged 4 to 13 after school hours. Our qualified staff pick up children from nearby primary schools and guide them to our location. Our programme is active and varied, built around four main themes: sports and outdoor play, dance and expression, home-based activities, and creative activities. Younger children (4–7 years) have a dedicated group at the Matrix location, while older children (7–13 years) have their own space at the Sportpark location. On Wednesdays and Fridays, all children come together at the Sportpark, walking there as a group under supervision. We offer a wide range of activities including sports, games, dance, arts and crafts, and regular excursions. Our facility includes a large play area, a construction workshop, a home corner and a chill zone. Outside, children can enjoy a spacious playground and a nearby forest edge. During school holidays, we organise extra activities and plenty of adventure. At Eigenwijze, we work from a clear pedagogical vision: we share parenting responsibilities with families, encourage cooperation within the group, and guide children towards independence. We create a stimulating environment where every child can be themselves and develop naturally.
