Eigen&Wijzer BSO Dukkies

Eigen&Wijzer BSO Dukkies is located at Linthorstlaan 14 in Vriezenveen, sharing the premises with our daycare and toddler care facilities. This allows children aged 4 to 12 to come to a familiar place after school that they often already know from their younger years. We provide care for up to 60 children and have been registered in the National Childcare Register since January 1, 2005. Our after-school care seamlessly connects with school hours. We pick up children from primary schools in the area and bring them to our location where a warm and challenging environment awaits them. We work from the conviction that every child is unique and has a natural drive to develop. Our pedagogical professionals offer children a safe and challenging (green) development environment, so that children are optimally guided and stimulated to discover, play, have fun, learn and recognize and show their needs. The location has a spacious garden where children can romp and play in nature. We pay a lot of attention to nature experience and outdoor activities. Children are given the space to choose what they want to do, while we challenge them to discover new things and develop their talents. There is plenty of opportunity for free play, but we also offer structured activities that match the interests of the children. We find it important that children can be themselves and make their own choices. Our pedagogical staff are ready to guide them where necessary, but mainly give space for their own initiative. In this way, children not only learn through play, but also develop their social skills and self-confidence.
