Eigen&Wijzer BSO Doerak

Eigen&Wijzer BSO Doerak is located right in the heart of Makkum, at Gedempte Putten 24. We provide after-school care for up to 23 children aged 4 to 12 years. As of 1 March 2025 our BSO is officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 199446763, allowing parents to apply for childcare allowance. Our qualified pedagogical staff offer a safe and stimulating environment where children can relax, play and explore new things after school. We believe every child is unique and has a natural drive to develop. Loving care, child-centred practice, nature experience, development-oriented activities and child participation form the foundation of our programme. Eigen&Wijzer Doerak is part of Eigen & Wijzer Friesland B.V., an organisation that has been providing small-scale childcare with passion and pleasure for more than 30 years. We operate under the supervision of the GGD Fryslân and comply with the statutory staff-to-child ratios.
