BSO Dynamo

BSO Dynamo is located inside De Indon, a small school for specialized primary education at Albert Neuhuijslaan 1 in Bussum. We provide after-school care for up to 14 children who need a small-scale, structured and predictable environment. We serve children from 4 years old through the end of primary school who require specialized guidance for their social-emotional development. This includes children with a psychiatric diagnosis and a municipal indication for youth-care support, as well as children without a diagnosis who benefit from our approach due to behavioural or developmental challenges. Our team consists of permanent, qualified pedagogical staff experienced in supporting children with behavioural and developmental issues. Each group of 11 children is supervised daily by two staff members, ensuring both individual attention and group guidance. Together with De Indon school, the RIBW and the SKBNM, we form a close partnership that offers families the support they need to combine work and care. Our pedagogical vision centres on making every child feel safe, seen and valued. We provide a warm, homely atmosphere where children can relax, have fun and be themselves. Activities are tailored to the children’s interests and developmental level, combining planned, development-oriented activities with free play. We also organise regular excursions, following a detailed safety protocol. BSO Dynamo cooperates with various primary schools in Bussum and the surrounding area, including Indonschool, Bussumse Montessorischool, Katholieke Montessorischool, Hoeksteen, Julianaschool Dalton, Vitusschool, Vondelschool, Elan, Annie M.G. Schmidt school, Elan Breeduit and Mozaïek. We collect children from school and bring them to our location, where they can unwind and take part in activities suited to their needs.
