Duck Sport

Duck Sport is our sports-focused after-school care facility, located on the grounds of SV Zandvoort at Duintjesveldweg 7 in Zandvoort. We are part of Ducky Duck childcare center and provide children aged 4 to 12 with a unique place where sports and physical activity are central. At Duck Sport, everything revolves around being active. Our children have access to the football fields of SV Zandvoort and the beautiful dune area directly adjacent to the grounds. Here we organize various sports activities daily, including football, hockey, rugby, table tennis and all kinds of movement games. The children are taught by our CIOS-trained professionals and pedagogical staff who know how to motivate and challenge children in a safe and enjoyable way. Our sports coordinator works together with the Duck Sport team to create a varied program every day. We also collaborate with local sports clubs in Zandvoort who provide workshops or whom we visit with the children. During all school holidays, we organize special sports programs that children from both Duck Sport and our other after-school care can participate in. Our daily schedule is clearly structured. We pick up children from school between 14:45 and 15:15, or they come to our location themselves. From 15:15 to 17:00 they can have a healthy snack and drink, followed by sports activities. Between 17:00 and 19:00, children are picked up. In the canteen of SV Zandvoort, we have a specially designed corner where children can rest and recover from all their activities. Children can choose Duck Sport, our other after-school care Duck Club, or a combination of both. This way we offer every child a suitable program with fun in sports and movement as our priority.
