Welcome to Dreamzzz Montessori Childcare Rhenen, our brand-new after-school care (BSO) located at Lijsterberg 113, right on the grounds of Montessori Primary School Rhenen. Since August 2023 we offer space for up to 33 primary-school children who need rest, challenge and fun after school. Because we are literally under the same roof as the school, children simply walk in as soon as the last bell rings. We work from a holistic vision: every child is unique and receives the freedom to develop at his or her own pace. Our pedagogical staff observe with a reserved, supportive attitude and only step in when it is truly necessary. In this way children learn to make their own choices, take responsibility and meet the world with self-confidence. Small, fixed groups and familiar faces are central to our approach. Cooperation with Montessori Primary School Rhenen is intensive. We align our activities and methods with the children’s school development, creating one continuous line from school to after-school care. This means we take into account the themes that are current at school, the rest moments that are needed and the talents that the children are already showing. Parents therefore experience one story: what happens at school during the day is continued in a playful way after school. Our location is open 52 weeks a year on weekdays. We provide care from the moment school ends until 18:30. The rooms are bright, atmospheric and furnished with natural materials that invite exploration and play. There is plenty of opportunity to play outside on the safe schoolyard and in the immediate surroundings of the school. We make use of the extensive forests and meadows around Rhenen, so children can romp, build huts and simply be children. In short, Dreamzzz Montessori Childcare Rhenen is the place where school and after-school care blend seamlessly. We offer children a familiar, safe and challenging environment in which they can grow into self-aware, independent individuals.
