Drakenboot

Welcome to Drakenboot, our after-school care (BSO) location at Markeweg 2 in Losser. We are part of KOSMO, a trusted childcare organization that supports children throughout the Twente region. At Drakenboot, we provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 13 in a safe, homely environment. Our BSO is located in the former De Marke primary school building. We work with clear core groups that carry adventurous names like ‘Sailor’, ‘Pirate’ and ‘Captain’. Each group has a dedicated pedagogical staff member who knows and guides the child well. This keeps the care personal and gives children the space to build social relationships. Movement and play are central. Children can release their energy in our spacious, green outdoor area of over 500 m². There is a barefoot path, climbing equipment, sandboxes and picnic tables. Indoors, we regularly organize sports and play activities such as football, obstacle courses, yoga and music and movement activities. We teach children basic skills like catching, throwing and jumping in a playful way. Drakenboot works together with the primary schools De Imenhof, De Martinus, De Saller, Meester Snelschool, De Veldzijde, De Verrekijker and De Wegwijzer. We pick up the children after school and offer them a familiar place to relax, play and discover new things. Our pedagogical staff are ready every day with personal attention and loving guidance.
