Doomijn BSO Enkstraat

Welcome to Doomijn BSO Enkstraat 67, located in the heart of the Assendorp district in Zwolle. Our after-school care is housed in the multifunctional neighbourhood centre De Enk, right next to Jenapleinschool. We provide out-of-school care for up to 30 children aged 4 to 12, working closely with the school to ensure a warm and safe transition from school to care. Everything we do revolves around doing things together and collaboration. Children of different ages meet in our spacious communal area. We believe children learn most when they can choose for themselves and have a say. That is why we set up working groups in which the children themselves come up with themes and activities. Think of theatre, dance and music workshops, sports and games afternoons, crafting with foam clay, making bracelets or baking pizzas together. Nothing is too crazy and everything is fun. We love outdoor play. Whether on Assendorperplein, in Park de Wezenlanden with its playground and petting zoo, or in Doepark De Nooterhof with its water playground and gardens. We also regularly go on trips to the library, of which we are a member, or visit the petting zoo. When the weather is bad, we have fun indoors with creative projects, board games or just quietly reading in a corner. Our team consists of enthusiastic pedagogical staff who are ready every day to give the children a great time. We encourage playful exploration of the world and challenge children to discover and develop their own abilities and talents. In this way, we contribute to their growth, self-reliance, individuality and self-confidence. With us, every child is allowed to be unique and, above all, themselves.
