Devi Outdoor is our outside-school-club located at Ruitersboslaan 57 in Breda. As part of Devi Kids, we offer a unique bilingual after-school care experience rooted in nature. Every day, we take children into the forest or natural areas after school, where they can explore freely and without inhibition. Nature is the beginning of everything for us. It brings peace, space, happiness, and is the foundation of our well-being. We believe in living in harmony with nature, using natural elements to spark curiosity and support each child’s unique development. Children engage in hands-on activities such as building huts, making nettle soup, searching for soil creatures, creating fire, tracking footprints, and playing hide-and-seek. These experiences are guided by seasonal themes and encourage both creativity and environmental awareness. We pick up children from International School Breda, KBS Petrus & Paulus, Montessori Breda, Nutsbasisschool Dirk van Veen, and NBS Boeimeer. If your child attends a different school, please contact us to explore possibilities. We go outside in all weather conditions. There is no bad weather, only inappropriate clothing. When weather is unsuitable, we use a shelter location at SV SAB, where we continue to offer nature-inspired activities such as arts and crafts, group games, and storytelling. Parents are updated daily via our parent app with our exact location. Our group is bilingual (Dutch and English) and welcomes up to 33 children aged 4 to 12. We work in mixed-age groups, fostering peer learning and shared adventure.
