Kinderdagverblijf Het Springkruid / De Wouw

De Wouw is the after-school care facility for primary school children in Zalk and the surrounding area. We are located at Broeksteeg 42 in the heart of Zalk and are part of Jokidé De Kronkelwaard. Our location offers a homely and safe place where children can relax, play and develop after school. Most of the children who come to us attend the Oranjeschool in Zalk. We also welcome children who go to schools in the wider area, such as in Kamperveen, Kampen, Hattem and Oldebroek. For these children we arrange safe transport with our electric vans. For the children of the Oranjeschool we use a cargo bike, so they can get from school to the after-school care quickly and safely. We offer both before-school and after-school care. Before-school care is available on weekdays from 7:30 to 8:30 AM. By arrangement, early drop-off from 7:00 AM is possible. After-school care starts right after school and lasts until 6:30 PM. During school holidays we are open daily from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, so parents can rely on us then as well. Our location is small-scale and has room for a maximum of 12 children. This allows us to give a lot of personal attention and there is room for every child to develop in his or her own way. We work from a familiar environment in which children feel safe and valued. At De Wouw, fun in play and learning is central. We offer a varied range of activities tailored to the age and interests of the children. Whether it's outdoor play, crafts, games or just chatting with friends, there's always something to do with us.
