BSO De Woordhof

BSO De Woordhof is located in the same building as primary school De Woordhof at Keppelseweg 54 in Hummelo. We provide after-school care for up to 22 children aged 4 to 13 years. Our BSO works closely with the primary school, ensuring a smooth and familiar transition from school to after-school care. Our qualified staff offer a varied program of activities where children can choose what they want to do. We regularly cook and bake together in our kitchen, with children designing and executing their own recipes. Additionally, we spend lots of time outdoors: we take walks through the nearby forest and use our spacious playground for sports and games. Creative activities such as crafts and music-making are also part of our offerings. During school holidays, we organize a varied holiday program together with the children, including fun excursions and activities. Our opening hours are aligned with school times: after-school care from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Before-school care is available on Monday, Thursday and Friday from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM. Holiday care is available from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. We believe it's important that children feel safe and at home with us. Therefore, we've created a homely space with stimulating play materials suitable for different ages and interests. Our professional pedagogical staff guide the children with great attention and involvement in their development.
