BSO De Westereen

BSO De Westereen is located at Badhúswei 1d in the heart of De Westereen. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12. Our team of certified pedagogical staff welcomes the children every day with a warm smile and ensures a safe, stimulating environment where they can play, explore and make friends. Our location features a spacious, green outdoor area where children can run, climb and play to their heart's content. We regularly organize nature-based activities and encourage outdoor play. We also work closely with local primary schools, ensuring we can safely pick up and guide children to the after-school care. At BSO De Westereen, the child is always at the center. We offer a varied program of activities tailored to children's experiences, such as crafts, sports and games, music and themed activities. We also teach children to consider each other and their environment through play. For example, we participated in the 'Skjin Wetter' campaign, where children helped clean up litter in the neighborhood. Our location is registered in the National Childcare Register under number 170819371 and accommodates up to 33 children. We follow the pedagogical vision of Kids First, focusing on safety, security and development. Parents can rely on us for before-school care (VSO), after-school care and care during school holidays.
