De Wereld

Welcome to De Wereld, our after-school care (BSO) location at Pallas Atheneplein 2 in Arnhem. We are part of SKAR (Stichting Kinderopvang Arnhem en Regio), a trusted name in childcare for 125 years. Located in the multifunctional centre De Omnibus, we work closely with three primary schools so children can come straight to our safe, familiar environment after school. Our location can accommodate up to 72 children aged 4 to 13. We offer a wonderful natural outdoor area where children can run, explore and play. The garden is spacious and green, with plenty of shade and climbing opportunities. Inside, everything is on one level and the groups are connected, creating a warm, homely atmosphere. Our team consists of enthusiastic, committed and highly trained pedagogical staff who give every child personal attention. We follow the child’s rhythm: if someone needs to rest after school, there is space for that. If they are full of energy, we offer challenging activities. We believe children learn best by exploring the world through play at their own pace. De Wereld is centrally located in Arnhem-Zuid, easily accessible by public transport and close to Arnhem-Zuid railway station. Parents are always welcome for a tour and a personal introduction.
