De Verwondering

BSO De Verwondering is located on the grounds of BBS De Verwondering at Melkweg 13A in Alteveer. We provide after-school care exclusively for students of our own primary school, ensuring a familiar and continuous experience between school and after-school time. Our BSO features a large outdoor space with the forest just across the street. This allows children to play, explore, and move outside every day. We follow a child-centered approach: our pedagogical staff closely observe the interests and signals of the children and tailor the activity program accordingly. This gives every child the space to grow in their own way. We believe it is important that children participate in activities that suit them. That’s why we actively involve them in developing the program. The foundation for this is the open and attentive attitude of our pedagogical staff. They create a homely atmosphere where children feel safe to play, discover, and learn. Our BSO is for children aged 4 to 12 and is open after school and during some school holidays. We only serve students of BBS De Verwondering, ensuring a seamless connection between school and care. More information about our approach and opening hours can be found on our website.
