De Trommelaar

BSO De Trommelaar is part of KMN Kind & Co and provides after-school care for children aged 4 to 12. We are located in the De Trommelaar childcare center at Buurtsteeg 11 in Maarn, beautifully situated on the edge of a forest and next to the SVMM football fields. Our BSO has four groups, including one group that shares space with the toddler care, where our youngest BSO children play in a homely and playful environment. Our location features a large, natural outdoor area and we also utilize the adjacent playground. The forest next to our building offers plenty of opportunities for fun scavenger hunts and nature activities. Throughout the year, we work with themes such as the children's cooking café, 'get active', art, and Christmas. Activities always align with these themes and range from baking, drama, and sports to crafts. BSO De Trommelaar is open five days a week. All children from De Ladder primary school can attend. On Wednesdays and Fridays, children from De Meent and Merseberch primary schools are also welcome. For before-school care, children can use VSO De Meent on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30 to 8:30 AM, after which our pedagogical staff take the children to school. We provide a safe and challenging environment where children can play, relax, and discover new things after school. Our experienced pedagogical staff are ready to give the children a great time with activities that match their interests and development.
