BSO de Talenten

BSO de Talenten is located at Noormannenstraat 1 in Haarlem’s Slachthuis district. We are based in the community centre De Hamelink and work closely with primary school De Talenten, a broad-based school located in the same building. Since 1 February 2020 we have provided after-school care for up to 20 children aged 4 to 12. Our BSO focuses on individual attention and a warm, homely atmosphere. We believe in close cooperation with the school and align our activities and guidance with each child’s daily experiences. This creates a continuous learning and development environment that connects with every child’s world. Kinderopvang Midas, our parent organisation, has more than 22 years of experience in Haarlem and Vijfhuizen. Our qualified pedagogical staff receive regular training and are ready to support children with homework, play and relaxation after school. We do not use game consoles, but we do offer homework guidance and encourage outdoor activities whenever possible. BSO de Talenten is officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 115136964 and is supervised by GGD Kennemerland. This means parents can apply for childcare allowance for our services.
