Kindcentrum De Startbaan

At Kindcentrum De Startbaan on Oude Tempellaan 9A in Soesterberg, we offer after-school care (BSO) for children aged 4 to 12. We work closely with Ska Kinderopvang to create a continuous pedagogical and didactic learning line from 2 to 12 years. Our BSO is located within the school building, allowing children to play and relax in a familiar environment after school hours. Our BSO provides a safe place where children can develop into happy world citizens. We regularly organize after-school activities in collaboration with partners, such as dance lessons and Wednesday afternoon activities. We also make excursions to places like the petting zoo and theater Idea. Creative activities are central, giving children the space to discover who they can be. We communicate with parents through the Parro app. Here we not only share practical information but also keep parents informed about their child's activities and developments. During school holidays and free days, care is available so parents are always assured of childcare for their child. Our vision is based on equality, encounter, and freedom. Every child is welcome and receives equal opportunities. We learn from each other's differences and take care of each other and our environment. Children are allowed to be themselves and learn to take responsibility, considering others.
