De Sprong

Welcome to BSO De Sprong, a KION after-school care location in Nijmegen-Noord. Our BSO is located at Stationsstraat 24A, right next to the Nieuw Balveren sports park. We provide care for children in groups 5 through 8 of SamSam primary school, working together with BSO Jump and BSO Ondersteboven to offer appropriate care for all SamSam children. At BSO De Sprong, your child chooses what they feel like doing. After school, children first relax with some food and drinks, then it's time for relaxation or action. Our pedagogical staff are ready to craft in the studio, cook in the kitchen, or organize an active gym lesson on the football field. We also love being outside: playing football on the artificial grass fields, skating at the nearby skate park, or practicing with the boxing bag and basketball hoop we set up outside. We work with vertical groups, where children of different ages are together in one group. This stimulates social development: younger children learn from the older ones, and older children learn responsibility by helping the younger ones. During school holidays, we turn it into a real celebration with a varied and challenging activity program. Even if you don't normally use BSO, you can take holiday care from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Our location accommodates up to 84 children and has been registered in the National Childcare Register since 2004 under number 222132917. We are known for our personal approach and the familiar feeling children experience when they are with us.
