Welcome to the BSO+ at Kindcentrum de Pionier, located at Hambakendreef 2A in ’s-Hertogenbosch. Since August 2023 we have offered this modern after-school care programme in partnership with Ons Kindbureau. Our BSO+ is an innovative concept in which an education colleague and our pedagogical professional work closely together, ensuring we meet each child’s individual needs even better. Children can be completely themselves here. We work with small groups, allowing plenty of room for personal attention. Every afternoon children decide for themselves what they would like to do. In our cooking studio we bake and cook together, in the art studio we create the most beautiful crafts, and in the construction room the biggest cardboard structures come to life. There is always the option to relax in our cosy living-room corner or to head outside. We are close to woods, sports clubs, a sports hall and public playgrounds that we regularly visit for nature and sports activities. Our BSO+ is open on Monday and Friday from 14:00 to 17:30 during school weeks. We offer a broad range of activities that changes weekly, so there is always something exciting that matches the children’s wishes. From treasure hunts in the forest to football, from studying tiny creatures to joint outings. We communicate with parents through the Social Schools app, which lets you easily report your child absent or swap days and keeps you updated on all the fun moments.
