BSO De Sprankel

Welcome to BSO De Sprankel, located at Sportlaantje 8 in the heart of Haaren. We are part of Kindertuin and provide after-school care for up to 60 children aged 4 to 13. Our location is within walking distance of local primary schools, so children can safely walk to us after class. At BSO De Sprankel, learning and growing through play is at the heart of everything we do. We create a second home where children can be themselves and relax with friends. Whether they are playing outside, building a dream city with Lego, or joining one of our many activities, the children have a say in how the BSO looks and feels—making it truly their place. Our BSO is divided into three vertical base groups, bringing together children of different ages. The youngest children play in a room with a home corner, construction area, and plenty of fun materials. The middle group is next to the children’s cooking café and offers challenging play corners. The oldest children have a lounge area and two computers at their disposal. We use the Spring Actief activity programme, offering varied and exciting activities that support each child’s development. These include music workshops, cake baking, mosaic crafting, sports and games in De Klumper sports hall, and special holiday programmes with extra outings. Children can also sign up for regular workshops. In addition to BSO De Sprankel, we run a Sports BSO called Sprankelsport, located among the football fields. Here, the focus is on sports and games in a relaxed atmosphere. At both locations, children can explore and express themselves at their own pace.
