De Sportanen Pernix

Welcome to De Sportanen Pernix, our sports-oriented after-school care located at Joop Vervoornpad 7 in Leiden. We provide a unique place where children aged 4 to 12 can enjoy sports, play, and discovery after school. Our location features a large outdoor area with its own playground, tennis court, korfball field, and a wide range of sports and play equipment. This allows us to offer a varied and challenging program every day. We pick up children from Openbare Basisschool De Pionier, OBS Kwintijn, PC Basisschool De Springplank, Basisschool de Dukdalf, and RK Basisschool De Tweemaster. After school, children join us at Pernix, where they can run, climb, play, and sport in a safe and familiar environment. Our pedagogical staff don’t stand on the sidelines – they actively participate. In doing so, children not only learn new sports but also develop social skills, perseverance, and self-confidence. In addition to daily care, we organize a sports camp during every school holiday. These camps offer a fun program full of sports activities and games, both indoors and outdoors. We also host custom sports-themed children's parties. Think football, dodgeball, forest games, or live strategy – anything is possible! At De Sportanen Pernix, everything revolves around fun, movement, and personal growth. We offer a warm and caring environment where every child feels seen and valued. Together, we make every day a sporty adventure.
