De Schatkist

BSO De Schatkist is part of Stichting Kinderopvang Arcen, Lomm en Velden and provides after-school care for children in the higher primary school groups. We are located at Schandeloseweg 1 in Velden and specifically serve children from school groups 5, 6, 7 and 8. Our after-school care offers children a familiar place where they can relax after school while also having opportunities to play and discover. We provide care during 40 school weeks plus 12 weeks of care during all school-free days, study days and holidays. Our opening hours are from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, allowing parents to use our care services flexibly. As pedagogical professionals, we understand that children in higher school groups have different needs than younger children. We offer a homely atmosphere where children feel safe and secure after an intensive school day. Our location is designed with the world of older children in mind, taking into account their need for both rest and challenge, as well as social interaction. We work from the conviction that every child is unique and strives to reach their full potential. Our pedagogical staff are ready to guide children in their development and support them where needed. At BSO De Schatkist, children find a second home where they can be themselves and where there is room for both quiet moments and activities.
