De Ruimte

De Ruimte is an after-school care facility (BSO) located at Kindcentrum De Klimboom, Breezandpad 5 in Arnhem. We provide care for up to 70 children aged 4 to 13 years. Our BSO is part of SKAR, an organization with over 125 years of experience in childcare and education. We work closely with De Klimboom primary school and the toddler group De Wildebras, providing children with one familiar place for school, care and development. At De Ruimte, the development of each child is central. We offer a safe and challenging environment where children can relax after school, play with peers and discover new things. Our pedagogical staff guide children in activities that match their interests and developmental level. We work with fixed groups so that children become familiar with each other and our staff. Our location is spacious with various play and relaxation areas. We have a large garden where children can play and move to their heart's content. The BSO is open on school days from 14:00 to 18:30. For parents who need before-school care, we offer VSO from 7:30 to 8:30. During school holidays we are open from 7:30 to 18:30. We believe it is important that children feel at home at De Ruimte.
