BSO De Rommelpot

BSO De Rommelpot is located at Emmerhoutstraat 1 in Emmen and is part of Stichting Kindercentrum De Rommelpot. We provide after-school care (BSO) for up to 44 children aged 4 to 12. Our BSO has its own indoor and outdoor space within Kindercentrum Calimero, offering children a familiar and safe place to go after school. We put the child at the center of everything we do. Children are given the freedom to choose their own activities. Our pedagogical staff guide them with respect for their individuality and autonomy, while also helping them learn to adapt to group routines and consider others. BSO time is essentially free time, where children decide whether to join activities or play freely. Our spacious indoor area offers plenty of opportunities for sports, games, and relaxation. In the kitchen, children can cook and bake under supervision. The large garden borders the village park and provides ample space for play and sports. We pick up children from school and bring them to the BSO, allowing parents to work or study without worry. During school holidays, we offer holiday care with themes that match children's experiences. This makes the BSO a place where children feel at home and can continue to develop through play, even during vacations.
