BSO De Punter

BSO De Punter is located on the premises of Openbare Basisschool De Punter at Beulakerweg 125a in Giethoorn. We are part of Kinderopvang KaKa and provide both before- and after-school care for children aged 4 to 12. Our location can accommodate a maximum of 44 children and has been officially registered as an out-of-school care facility since 17 May 2022. We work closely with OBS De Punter to ensure a seamless transition between school and childcare. Our pedagogical staff consult with teachers on a daily basis, ensuring that every child receives the care and attention they need. After school we collect the children from their classrooms; during before-school care we escort them to their groups. This warm handover provides reassurance and familiarity for both children and parents. Our activities are tailored to the children’s world of experience and range from crafts, outdoor play and games to supervised homework sessions. We offer a safe and familiar place where children can relax, make friends and discover new things. During school holidays and study days our BSO is open from 07:00 to 18:30, allowing parents to use flexible childcare whenever needed.
