BSO de Poolster, Sport&Spel

Welcome to BSO de Poolster, Sport&Spel by Kidscasa in Nieuw-Roden. We are located on the playground of primary school De Poolster at Zevenhuisterweg 3B, within walking distance of the village centre. Our after-school care is entirely dedicated to sports and games for children aged 4 to 12. With a maximum capacity of 27 children per day, we work in small, manageable groups where every child has enough space to develop. Our location has its own entrance at the rear of the school building and makes use of the gymnasium and the spacious outdoor area of the school. This allows us to organise a varied programme of sporting activities every day, from ball games and target games to obstacle courses and dance. Children are collected after school from OBS De Poolster and from several other schools in the immediate vicinity. Upon arrival, there is time for a shared snack and a drink, after which the children are free to choose which activity they wish to take part in. Our permanent team of pedagogical staff is on hand every weekday from 07:30 to 18:30. They guide the children with great enthusiasm and provide a safe, challenging environment where fun and exercise are central. During school holidays and study days we remain open and offer a varied programme with extra sports clinics, creative workshops and outings in the region. Parents can make flexible use of our childcare, for both regular and occasional days.
