De Pixxel is an after-school care facility for children aged 7 to 13, located at Ooipoortstraat 39a in Doesburg. We believe that stimulating and promoting creativity is essential for children's development. At De Pixxel, we operate from the idea that children don't just want to learn at school, but also love to explore and discover their environment in their free time. Our goal is to optimally utilize children's talents and facilitate them in this process. We turn wonder and learning into a great adventure! The world is changing rapidly and we believe children should be more challenged as enterprising, curious, creative beings. These are precisely the skills they need in their adult lives. We provide care for a maximum of 10 children, allowing us to give plenty of personal attention. Children who cannot come to the after-school care independently are picked up from school by bicycle by the location manager or a regular volunteer. This ensures a safe and familiar transition from school to after-school care. De Pixxel has been registered in the National Childcare Register since 2016 under number 925791003 and meets all legal quality requirements. We work according to GGD guidelines and maintain clear house rules and protocols to provide a safe and structured environment.
