BSO De Pionier Op Stoom

Welcome to BSO De Pionier Op Stoom, located in Kindcentrum De Pionier at Floraronde 293 in Velserbroek. We are part of Op Stoom, a childcare organization that works closely with local schools to provide a safe and stimulating after-school environment for children aged 4 to 12. School’s out – time to play! Our cozy location gives children the space to either unwind after a busy day or dive into new adventures. Whether it’s relaxing on the corner sofa, building Kapla towers with friends, or crafting cardboard villas, there’s always something to do. And we love heading outdoors: treasure hunts in the forest, exploring tiny creatures from nature, playing football, or simply running around with the sun on your face and the wind in your hair. BSO De Pionier is open Monday to Friday from school dismissal until 6:30 PM. During study days and school holidays, we’re open from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Children are placed in fixed base groups with a dedicated mentor. We also offer pre-school care on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7:30 AM until school starts. We keep parents informed through our online parent portal and the Konnect Parent App, so you’ll never miss a moment of your child’s day. At BSO De Pionier, fun, rest, and freedom of choice are key.
